Terms of Use

Use Regulations

The Hotel, in order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for its customers, has prescribed the following Use Regulations base on Article 10 of the Accommodation Terms. Failure to comply may result in refusal of use of the guest rooms and hotel facilities pursuant to Article 7 of the Accommodation Terms.

Matters to be Observed for Safety and Security

  1. Please refrain from bringing flames such as for heating and cooking, as well as irons, etc., into the room. In addition, cooking is not permitted within guest rooms.
  2. Please do not smoke in places where a fire coud easily occur, such as in bed.
  3. Please refrain from smoking outside of the designated areas within the building, as well as from performing any other acts that can cause fire. In the event of smoking inside a non-smoking room, a fee of JPY 22,000 (including tax) for cleaning the bedding, curtains, and wallpaper, etc., as well as for other repairs, shall be charged.
  4. Please be sure to check the “Evacuation Route Map”, which is displayed on the inside of each guest room door, for guidance on how to evacuate from your room in an emergency.
  5. During your stay, please check that you have locked the door when leaving your room. (The hotel uses automatic locking.)
  6. During your stay, please use the door guard and inside lock, especially while sleeping. If you have a visitor, be sure to check their identity via the peep hole prior to opening the door. Contact the front desk if someone seems to be suspicious.
  7. In the event of the loss of the room card key for the guest room, JPY 3,300 (including tax) will be charged as the cost of creating a new room card key.
  8. Please refrain from meeting with visitors inside your guest room.
  9. Please refrain from allowing outside guests into your guest room, and allowing them to use the various facilities and equipment.
  10. The overnight staying of non-registered guests is strictly prohibited.
  11. Organized crime groups, extremist movement groups, etc., and members thereof are not permitted to use the hotel. (In the event of such a fact being discovered after making a reservation or while staying at the hotel, use of the hotel shall be prohibited from that point in time.)
  12. There may be cases where accommodation is refused to single guests under the age of 18. In addition, please do not perform any acts that may cause discomfort or inconvenience to other guests, such as loss of capacity or becoming impaired due to drugs or alcohol, etc.
  13. Please refrain from behavior that may cause annoyance to those nearby.
  14. The hotels do not have the contain public baths, parking lots, saunas, fitness gyms and self-lockers listed. Please make reservations in advance.
  15. Pharmaceuticals are not provided pursuant to Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act.
  16. We accept requests not to clean guest rooms for a maximum of two days and nights. If two days and nights have passed, cleaning will be performed for hygiene and maintenance management of the guest room.

Payment

  1. Please pay charges in Japanese yen or with an accommodation voucher / credit card accepted by the hotel. If you are presented a bill by the hotel during your stay, please settle this on each occasion.
  2. Please contact the front desk in advance if you would like to change the length of your reservation. An additional fee shall be charged in the case of your visit being extended.
  3. Please make payment on arrival or at the front desk upon the request of the hotel.
  4. Please be advised that we are unable to accept payment with traveler’s checks or provide foreign exchange.
  5. We are unable to provide change for shopping expenses, plane tickets, train and bus, etc., fares, taxi fares, postage fees, and packing and shipping charges, etc.

Breakfast Tickets

  1. The hotel is unable to accept the return or provide a refund for unused breakfast tickets.

Prohibited Acts

  1. Please do not bring into the hotel any objects that may cause nuisance to other guests.
    1. (1)Animals and pets in general, including dogs, cats, and small birds (However, guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing dogs are permitted)
    2. (2)Explosives and volatile oils that can easily ignite or catch fire, dangerous objects
    3. (3)Objects that produce foul odor or strong smells
    4. (4)Non-permitted guns and swords
    5. (5)Incredibly heavy objects and goods
    6. (6)Other things that are prohibited to be brought in by law
  2. Please refrain from using roller blades and roller skates within the building.
  3. Please refrain from moving the furnishings within the guest room or performing construction or remodeling within the guest room without the permission of the hotel.
  4. Please refrain from taking objects within the guest room outside of the guest room without the permission of the hotel.
  5. Please refrain from gambling and acts that cause hindrance to morals and security within the hotel, acts that cause nuisance to other guests, and acts that cause discomfort.
  6. Please refrain from using the guest room and lobby for purposes other than lodging, including business activities and parties.
  7. Please refrain from bringing outside food and drinks into the hotel.
  8. Please refrain from acts such as hanging objects to guest room windows and displaying items on the window side, etc., that may cause damage to the hotel exterior.
  9. Please refrain from distributing advertisements and fliers and selling goods within the hotel without permission.
  10. Please refrain from using facilities and equipment outside of the designated areas and purpose, or using these in a manner that causes significant damage to their current condition.
  11. Please refrain from taking photos and videos within the hotel and premises that may cause annoyance to other guests.
  12. The publishing of photos, etc., taken within the hotel and premises without permission for business purposes will be subject to legal action.
  13. Please refrain from leaving belongings in the hallways and lobby.
  14. Please do not bring any food and drinks into the guest room other than the coffee served in the lounge.
  15. With the exception of where an emergency or unavoidable situation has occurred, please do not enter facilities that are not intended for guests, including the hotel employee area, emergency staircases, rooftop, and machinery room.
  16. In the event of causing damage, contamination, or loss to the building, furniture, fixtures, and other belongings for any reason other than force majeure, you shall be required to pay compensation to an equivalent amount.
  17. Please refrain from parking within the hotel premises without permission.

Use of Parking Lot

  1. Please follow the guidance and instructions of hotel employees when using the parking lot.
  2. Please do not leave any valuables or other objects inside your car while it is parked. The hotel cannot bear responsibility for loss or theft while parked.
  3. Please be advised in advance that you may be asked to move your vehicle by hotel employees.

Use of Public Bath

  1. In regard to the management of valuables (includes cash. Hereinafter the same in this Article), please use the guest room safe or other method.
  2. Object kept in the guest room safe shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 Paragraph 1 of the Accommodation Terms.
  3. The hotel cannot bear responsibility for theft caused by failing to adhere to the provisions of Paragraph 1, such as bathing while having placed valuables and room keys in the bath changing room locker, or for damage caused by the misuse of your room key by a third party. However, in cases attributable to the responsibility of the hotel, with the exception of where there has been intent or gross negligence, compensation for such damage shall be limited to JPY 10,000.
  4. Use of the public bath will be refused in the following cases.
    1. (1)In the event of a nuisance act such as the taking of photos or videos being recognized
    2. (2)In the event of having any tattoos or tattoo stickers (regardless of size and the part of the body to which they are applied) However, if you can cover the tattoo with two tatoo cover stickers. You can take a bath. Tattoo cover stickers size is 10cm×15cm, Please ask at the reception desk.
    3. (3)In the event of suffering from a skin disease, etc., and being ordered not to bathe in hot water by a doctor
    4. (4)In the event of wearing a bathing suit or diaper, etc.
    5. (5)In the event of being intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol
    6. (6)In the event of there being unavoidable reason, such as natural disaster or the breakdown or repair of facilities
    7. (7)In the event of use of the facilities being undesirable for any other reason

Use of sauna

  1. Please avoid staying in the sauna for long periods of time.
  2. Please avoid entering the sauna if you have a chronic illness such as high blood pressure, you are not feeling well, or if you have been drinking alcohol.
  3. If you will be using the hot water bath or cold water bath after using the sauna, please do so after thoroughly washing the sweat off your body. Before entering the cold water bath, pour cold water on yourself starting from the parts of your body farthest from your heart.
  4. Please be considerate and do not talk loudly or otherwise inconvenience others while using the sauna.
  5. Children under school age are requested not to enter the sauna.
  6. Do not touch the sauna heater. You will get burned.
  7. Do not put or put anything in the sauna heater. It will lead to a fire.
  8. Do not splash water on the sauna heater. There is a risk of electric shock.
  9. Please remove glasses and contact lenses. Deterioration of glasses and contact lenses May adhere to the eyes.
  10. The main heater unit, bricks, glass, sash, and metal parts such as the lighting equipment are hot.
  11. Please do not bring in precious metals such as necklaces.

Use of self service locker

  1. Self-service lockers are only for use by guests staying overnight.
  2. Valuables cannot be stored in the lockers.
  3. Guests are responsible for their own valuables.
  4. Make sure that the locker is locked.
  5. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
  6. Lockers can only be used for the same one day. Please note that items will be removed as lost and found items after 24:00 (midnight).
  7. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any disputes or problems between guests.
  8. Raw, frozen, refrigerated, strong odors, polluting the room, Volatile / explosive dangerous goods / flammable / putrefactive goods We cannot keep it.

  10. Please note that the hotel will file claim for compensation for any damage or contamination to the locker, regardless of whether this was through the intent or negligence of the guest.

Use of fittness gym

  1. The gym is only for use by guests staying overnight.
  2. The gym is only for use by guests aged 16 or older.
  3. The hotel reserves the right to refuse use of the gym to guests due to acts that inconvenience other guests and the hotel deems such acts to be inappropriate.
  4. Please use the phone to notify staff if you are feeling unwell or if any equipment is broken or not functioning properly.
  5. Please wear training attire, socks, and shoes while training.
  6. Use of the gym is not permitted to guests not staying overnight at the hotel, pregnant guests, and guests who have been drinking alcohol.
  7. Eating and drinking (except for hydration purposes), smoking (including electronic cigarettes and smokeless tobacco), taking photos or videos, or posting images that include persons other than yourself on social media or elsewhere, are prohibited.
  8. Please be considerate of others as the number of gym equipment machines is limited.
  9. Please note in advance that the hotel will not involve itself in, nor can it be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, disputes or problems between guests.
  10. Please note that the hotel will file claim for compensation against guests for any damage or contamination to the gym or gym equipment, regardless of whether this was through the intent or negligence of the guest.

These terms of use shall enter into effect on March 1, 2018, Japan Standard Time.

Agreement

Scope of Application

●Article 1
  1. Accommodation Contracts and related agreements to be entered into between this Hotel and the Guest to be accommodated shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any particulars not provided for herein shall be governed by laws and regulations and/or generally accepted practices.
  2. In the case when the Hotel has entered into a special contract with the Guest insofar as such special contract does not violate laws and regulations and generally accepted practices, notwithstanding the preceding Paragraph, the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Application for Accommodation Contracts

●Article 2
  1. The Guest who intends to make an application for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel shall notify the Hotel of the following particulars:
    1. (1)Name of the Guest (s);
    2. (2)Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival;
    3. (3)Accommodation Charges (based, in principle, on the Basic Accommodation Charge listed in the Attached Table No. 1); and
    4. (4)Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel.
  2. In the case when the Guest requests, during his/her stay, extension of accommodation beyond the date in Subparagraph (2) of the preceding Paragraph, it shall be regarded as an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request is made.
  3. In the case when the Hotel asks the Guest to submit a hotel registration form to record his/her name, address, phone number and other information, the Guest who has made an application for accommodation shall immediately submit such form even after the conclusion of an Accommodation Contract.

Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts

●Article 3
  1. An Accommodation Contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Hotel has duly accepted the application as stipulated in the preceding Article. However, the same shall not apply when it has been proved that the Hotel has not accepted the application.
  2. When an Accommodation Contract has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, the Guest shall pay an accommodation deposit set by the Hotel within the limits of the Basic Accommodation Charge covering the Guest’s entire period of stay (3 days when the period of stay exceeds 3 days) not later than the date specified by the Hotel.
  3. The deposit shall be first used for the Accommodation Charges to be paid by the Guest, then secondly for the cancellation charges under Article 6 and thirdly for the reparations under Article 18 as applicable, and the remainder, if any, shall be refunded at the time of payments of the Accommodation Charges as stated in Article 12.
  4. When the Guest has failed to pay the deposit by the date specified by the Hotel as stipulated in Paragraph 2, the Hotel shall treat the Accommodation Contract as invalid. However, the same shall apply only in the case where the Guest is thus informed by the Hotel when the period of payment of the deposit is specified.
  5. Even in the case when an application for accommodation is made and accepted based on the incorrect Accommodation Charges offered by the Hotel through Internet websites or by phone, if such Accommodation Charges are significantly lower than those for the days around the date of accommodation, such acceptance shall be deemed to have been made by mistake under the Civil Code unless the reason why such Accommodation Charges are significantly low is given (such as a “limited” or “special” offer), and the Hotel shall treat such Accommodation Contract as invalid and so notify the Guest promptly.

Special Contracts Requiring No Accommodation Deposit

●Article 4
  1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may enter into a special contract requiring no accommodation deposit after the Contract has been concluded as stipulated in the same Paragraph.
  2. In the case when the Hotel has not requested the payment of the deposit as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article and/or has not specified the date of payment of the deposit at the time an application for the Accommodation Contract has been accepted, it shall be treated as that the Hotel has accepted a special contract prescribed in the preceding Paragraph.

Refusal of Accommodation Contracts

●Article 5
The Hotel may not accept the conclusion of the Accommodation Contract under any of the following cases:
  1. (1)When an application for accommodation does not conform with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
  2. (2)When the Hotel is fully booked and no room is available;
  3. (3)When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed likely to conduct himself/herself in a manner that will contravene laws, public order or good morals in regard to his/her accommodation;
  4. (4)When those wishing to stay are deemed to fall under any of the following (a) through (c);
    (a). An organized crime group as defined by Article 2, Item 2 of the Act to Prevent Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991) (hereinafter, “Criminal Gang”), members of an organized criminal group as defined by Article 2, Item 6 of said act (hereinafter, “Gang Members”), associate members or affiliates of Criminal Gangs or other such antisocial groups
    (b).When the business activities of a corporation or other organizations are controlled by a Criminal Gang or Gang Members
    (c).A corporation whose executives include anyone determined to be a Gang Member
  5. (5)When those wishing to stay have caused considerable trouble to other guests through their words or actions;
  6. (6)When the Guest seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease;
  7. (7)When demands are made by violent means, or handling of unreasonable burdens is demanded in regard to a stay;
  8. (8)When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities, disfunction of the facilities and/or other unavoidable causes;
  9. (9)When falling under any of the cases stipulated in prefectural Ordinances for Enforcement of the Hotel Business Act; or
  10. (10)When the Guest applies for accommodation, keeping dark about his/her intention to generate his/her own profit by reselling a booked room or act as an intermediary for fees in regard to the room.

Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the Guest

●Article 6
  1. The Guest is entitled to cancel an Accommodation Contract by so notifying the Hotel.
  2. In the case when the Guest has cancelled an Accommodation Contract in whole or in part due to the causes attributable to the Guest (except in the case when the Hotel has requested the payment of a deposit during the specified period as prescribed in Paragraph 2 of Article 3 and the Guest has cancelled before the payment), the Guest shall pay cancellation charges as listed in the Attached Table No.2. However, in the case when a special contract as prescribed in Paragraph 1 of Article 4 has been concluded, the same shall apply only when the Guest is informed of the obligation of payment of cancellation charges in the case of cancellation by the Guest.
  3. In the case when the Guest does not appear by 22:00 on the date of accommodation (if a scheduled time of arrival has been indicated in advance, after two hours have elapsed since this time) without an advance notice, the Hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as being cancelled by the Guest.

Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the Hotel

●Article 7
  1. The Hotel may cancel an Accommodation Contract under any of the following cases:
    1. (1)When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed likely to conduct, or to have conducted himself/herself in a manner that will contravene laws, public order or good morals in regard to his/her accommodation;
    2. (2)When those wishing to stay are deemed to fall under any of the following (a) through (c);
      (a).Criminal Gangs, Gang Members, associate members or affiliates of Criminal Gangs or other such antisocial groups
      (b). When the business activities of a corporation or other organizations are controlled by a Criminal Gang or Gang Members
      (c).A corporation whose executives include anyone determined to be a Gang Member
    3. (3)When those wishing to stay have caused considerable trouble to other guests through their words or actions;
    4. (4)When the Guest seeking accommodation is clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease;
    5. (5)When demands are made by violent means, or handling of unreasonable burdens is demanded in regard to a stay;
    6. (6) When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to force majeure including natural calamities;
    7. (7)When falling under any of the cases stipulated in prefectural Ordinances for Enforcement of the Hotel Business Act;
    8. (8)When the Guest does not observe prohibited actions (only for the purpose of fire prevention), such as smoking in bed, mischief to fire-fighting facilities or other prohibitions under the Use Regulations stipulated by the Hotel; or
    9. (9) When any violation under these Terms and Conditions is found.
  2. In the case when the Hotel has cancelled an Accommodation Contract in accordance with the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel shall not be entitled to charge the Guest for any of the accommodation services, etc. which he/she has not received yet.

Registration of Accommodation

●Article 8
  1. The Guest shall register the following particulars at the front desk of the Hotel on the date of accommodation:
    1. (1)Name, age, sex, address and occupation of the Guest;
    2. (2)Nationality, passport number, port and date of entry in Japan in the case of a non-Japanese guest who does not have an address in Japan;
    3. (3)Date and estimated time of departure; and
    4. (4)Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel
  2. In the case when the Guest intends to pay his/her Accommodation Charges prescribed in Article 12 by any alternative means other than currencies, such as traveler’s check, coupons or credit cards, these credentials shall be shown in advance at the time of the registration prescribed in the preceding Paragraph.
  3. “Non-Japanese guest who does not have an address in Japan” is asked to write his/her name, address, occupation, etc., as well as nationality and passport number. In addition, he/she is asked to show his/her passport and its copy.

Occupancy Hours of Guest Rooms

●Article 9
  1. The time allowed for the guest to use the guest room of our Hotel shall be from 15 o'clock arrival day until 11 o'clock departure date. However, in the case when the Guest is accommodated continuously, the Guest may occupy it all day long, except for the dates of arrival and departure.
  2. Notwithstanding the provision of the preceding Paragraph, there are cases where our Hotel may accept the use of the guest room in hours other than those specified in the preceding Paragraph, in which case an additional charge will be required as specified below.
    1. (1)Up to 3 hours in excess of the prescribed hours ……30% of Basic Accommodation Charge
    2. (2)Up to 5 hours in excess of the prescribed hours……50% of Basic Accommodation Charge
    3. (3) 5hours or more in excess of the prescribed hours ...100% of Basic Accommodation Charge

Observance of Use Regulations

●Article 10
The Guest shall observe the Use Regulations established by the Hotel, which are posted within the premises of the Hotel.

Business Hours

●Article 11
  1. The business hours of facilities, etc. of the Hotel shall be notified by brochures as provided, notices displayed in each place, service directories in guest rooms and others.

Payment of Accommodation Charges

●Article 12
  1. The breakdown of Accommodation Charges, etc. that the Guest shall pay is as listed in the Attached Table No.1.
  2. Accommodation Charges, etc. as stated in the preceding Paragraph shall be paid in currencies or by other alternative means acceptable to the Hotel, such as traveler’s check, coupons or credit cards, at the front desk either upon requesting an accommodation contract, arriving at the hotel, or upon the request of the hotel.
  3. Accommodation Charges shall still be paid even in the case when the Guest does not stay at the Hotel at his/her discretion after the Hotel has offered a guest room and made it available for him/her to use.

Liabilities of the Hotel

●Article 13
  1. The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for damage if the Hotel has caused such damage to the Guest in the course of fulfilling or nonfulfilling of an Accommodation Contract and/ or related agreements. However, the same shall not apply in the case when such damage has been caused by reasons attributable to the Hotel.
  2. The Hotel is covered by Hotel Liability Insurance in order to deal with unexpected fire and/or other disasters.

Handling When Unable to Provide Contracted Rooms

●Article 14
  1. When unable to provide a contracted guest room, the Hotel shall arrange accommodation of the same standard elsewhere for the Guest insofar as practicable with the consent of the Guest.
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, when unable to arrange other accommodation, the Hotel shall pay the Guest compensation money equivalent to the cancellation charge and the compensation money shall be applied to the reparations. However, when unable to provide a guest room due to causes not attributable to the Hotel, the Hotel shall not compensate the Guest.

Handling of Deposited Articles

●Article 15
  1. The Hotel shall compensate the Guest when loss, breakage or other damage is caused to the goods, cash or valuables deposited at the front desk by the Guest, except in the case when this has occurred due to causes of force majeure. For cash and valuables, however, when the Hotel has asked the Guest to report its kind and value but the Guest has failed to do so, the Hotel shall compensate the Guest within the limits of 100,000 yen.
  2. The Hotel shall compensate the Guest when loss, breakage or other damage is caused, through intention or negligence on the part of the Hotel, to the goods, cash or valuables which are brought into the premises of the Hotel by the Guest but are not deposited at the front desk. However, for articles of which the kind and value has not been reported in advance by the Guest, the Hotel shall compensate the Guest within the limits of 30,000 yen, except in the case where loss, breakage or other damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence on the part of the Hotel.

Custody of Baggage and/or Belongings of the Guest

●Article 16
  1. When the baggage of the Guest is brought into the Hotel before his/her arrival, the Hotel shall be liable to keep it only in the case where such request has been accepted by the Hotel. The baggage shall be handed over to the Guest at the front desk at the time of his/her check-in.
  2. When the baggage or belongings of the Guest is found left after his/her checkout, the Hotel shall ask the owner of such article for instructions. However, in the event of no instructions from the owner or the owner not being discovered, valuables and items including personal information shall be delivered to the nearest police station within seven days, including the day of discovery, food, drink, and tobacco which may damage the sanitation and environment shall be disposed of immediately, and umbrellas and low value goods, etc., shall be disposed of in accordance with the Lost and Found Act.
  3. The Hotel’s liability in regard to the custody of the Guest’s baggage or belongings in the case of the preceding two Paragraphs shall be assumed in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article in the case of Paragraph 1, and with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article in the case of Paragraph 2.

Liability in regard to Parking

●Article 17
The Hotel shall not be liable for the custody of the vehicle of the Guest when the Guest utilizes the parking lot within the premises of the Hotel, as it shall be regarded that the Hotel simply offers the space for parking, whether the key of the vehicle has been deposited to the Hotel or not. However, the Hotel shall compensate the Guest for the damage caused through intention or negligence on the part of the Hotel in regard to the management of the parking lot.

Liability of the Guest

●Article 18
The Guest shall compensate the Hotel for the damage caused through intention or negligence on the part of the Guest.

Regulations for Condolence Money for Hotel Guests

●Article 19
The Hotel shall carry out the procedures stated in the Regulations for Condolence Money for Hotel Guests in the event of the death of a hotel guest during his/her stay with the Hotel, due to causes other than an injury.

Disclaimer

●Article 20
The use of computer communications from within our hotel is to be performed at the guest’s own risk. The hotel cannot bear any responsibility for damage incurred by a user as a result of the suspension of service during use caused by system malfunction or other reason. In addition, in the event of the hotel or a third party incurring damage due to the use of computer communications in a manner deemed inappropriate by the company, compensation shall be claimed for such damage.

Governing Language

●Article 21
These terms have been created in Japanese and English, however in the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the texts, the Japanese version shall be applied in all cases.

Governing Laws and Agreed Court with Jurisdiction

●Article 22
Any dispute relating to an Accommodation Contract between the Hotel and the Guest shall be governed by Japanese laws and shall be referred to the district court or the summary court having jurisdiction over the location of the head office of the company that manages and operates the Hotel.

Date of Effect,Etc.

●Article 23
  1. These Accommodation Terms shall enter into effect on March 1, 2018, and may be amended at the discretion of the hotel.
  2. In the event of these Accommodation Terms being amended, the amendments shall be posted in a viewable location, such as the hotel’s website, by no later than 14 days prior to the amendment date, and the amended version of these Accommodation Terms shall enter into effect from 00:00 on the amendment date.

  1. The percentages signify the rate of the cancellation charge to the Basic Accommodation Charge.
  2. When part of a group booking (for 5 rooms or more) is changed, such as shortening the number of nights booked and reducing the number of rooms booked, cancellation charges for all nights and rooms falling under the Attached Table No.2 shall be paid by the group.
  3. When part of a group booking (for 5 rooms or more) is cancelled, no cancellation charge shall be incurred in the case where the number of rooms cancelled is fewer than 10% of the number of rooms booked as of 10 days prior to occupancy (if cancellation is accepted less than 10 days prior to occupancy, as of the date of acceptance) with fractions counted as a whole number.
